Sustainable Transformation in Uncertainty
2024 Conference hosted by ACMP ANZ and Deakin University Business School
- Business transformations require thoughtful change management and consistent communication, the re-engineering of business processes, and a renewed technical landscape that supports lean processes and exciting ways of working.
Far too many transformations fail in strategy, execution and benefit realisation for a range of reasons, resulting in reduced productivity and efficiency, increased cost as well as poor customer and employee engagement, with sub-optimal work cultures.
Smart decisions to achieve outcomes require new ways of working and organisational design, flexible governance frameworks and the ability to swiftly adjust to changing circumstances and unforeseen roadblocks.
