How are we bringing our vision to life?

We are leading the thinking on how to deliver managed change using an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach. We are working with a team of cross functional specialists to develop this at a project, program, portfolio and enterprise level.

We have published a Manifesto for Business Transformation which underlines the broader approach we are taking to show how change is an important component in delivering effective business transformation, and are working on several other artefacts that advance thought leadership and the value of managed change.

We have developed a model to demonstrate the value of ‘managed change’ in terms of ROI and an NPV monetary benefits.

We are working with different organisations, Associations and Academic institutions to take our approach and message to the market and invite you to join us in this task!
