Peter Cully
An experienced, results oriented transformation leader who has worked internationally and in Australia to deliver enterprise-wide organisational change across major transformation programs. Peter has designed, developed and implemented change and transformation capabilities to embed and sustain the benefits of change, and to enable leaders to navigate ever-changing business environments to deliver sustainable shareholder value and increases in ROI.
A pragmatic business and people leader, Peter has built high performance teams capable of delivering increases in productivity, ‘fit for purpose’ lean solutions and effective digital transformation.

Brad Rilatt
Brad brings more than twenty five years of experience in organizational design, leadership development, corporate change, professional facilitation and implementing high-performance human systems to Leadership Gold. Specializing in training, coaching and facilitating the growth and development of high-potential leaders, Brad helps individuals, teams, and organizations increase effectiveness, achieve valued bottom-line results, and become measurably more viable and successful.

Anna Thomas Raju
Anna is a senior change practitioner with experience in developing and nurturing commercial opportunities and delivered scaled transformation programs, state level regulatory reform programs and multi-stream programs.
Incorporating a human centered approach, Anna brings her stakeholders on an adoption journey so that the teams and business achieves the benefits of a well managed, integrated and sustained change.
She is passionate about working closely with people leaders across levels of management and service delivery hierarchies to ensure the implementation fits organisational capacity and capability, while maximising the program’s ROI.

Helen Skamvougeras
With over 20 years in the Banking industry, Helen is an accomplished Program Director who delivers national and multi-national transformation programs across APAC and Caribbean countries.
Her strong leadership skills in implementing change/transformation, system design and development (Finance and Trading), technical accounting enhancement programs and reporting programs has seen her design and deliver challenging restructures, as well as regulatory reporting systems to meet compliance requirements.
As a qualified accountant, Helen is passionate advocate for sustainable change at all levels of an organisation so that the agreed outcomes are achieved, whether that be revenue generation, cost savings or improvements that deliver efficiency with robust governance.
Organisational Change Management Lead and Board Member
Radan Kocourek
Radan is an outcome-driven senior transformation leader with over 20 years experience with end-to-end expertise as a Change Architect. He has designed, developed and delivered complex transformation and organisational Change management programs, including large-scale global projects, programs and portfolios across four continents, with a focus on Australasia and Europe.
His experience covers transport, telecommunications, utilities, banking and financial services, oil, manufacturing, retail, automotive, consumer packaged goods, and federal and NSW government. He has managed people and culture issues associated with business change that have arisen in a variety of contexts, including Information Technology/ERP, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Outsourcing, Target Business and Operating Model Change, Customer and Employee Experience Uplift, Cost Take-out, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
