What if you had a magic power to turn big ideas into reality?

In this special session, Whynde Kuehn explores what that power would look like by demystifying business architecture and how it can be leveraged as part of an interdisciplinary approach to enable business transformation and change.

We will discover how the discipline builds resilience within organizations by enabling effective end-to-end strategy to execution and composable business design to take advantage of market movements, customer expectations, and societal requirements.

Join our host, Peter Cully who will also explore significant areas of value that we overlook and do not leverage when the overlap of change with other professions is not considered.

You will also hear from our Risk Management lead – Keith Paintin who will share his insights on navigating uncertainties.
