Peter Cully
An experienced, results oriented transformation leader who has worked internationally and in Australia to deliver enterprise-wide organisational change across major transformation programs. Peter has designed, developed and implemented change and transformation capabilities to embed and sustain the benefits of change, and to enable leaders to navigate ever-changing business environments to deliver sustainable shareholder value and increases in ROI.
A pragmatic business and people leader, Peter has built high performance teams capable of delivering increases in productivity, ‘fit for purpose’ lean solutions and effective digital transformation.

Brad brings more than twenty five years of experience in organizational design, leadership development, corporate change, professional facilitation and implementing high-performance human systems to Leadership Gold. Specializing in training, coaching and facilitating the growth and development of high-potential leaders, Brad helps individuals, teams, and organizations increase effectiveness, achieve valued bottom-line results, and become measurably more viable and successful.

A pragmatic, resilient, versatile, and entrepreneurial business leader possessing 25+ years of experience executing business strategies, program delivery and effective implementation of operational activities across business during change. A strategic thinker, possessing high levels of emotional intelligence, and the gravitas and business acumen to offer the full suite of operational capabilities and strategies to execute the continued growth of an organisation including Talent and HR. The ability to identify risks and issues quickly, create and implement easy business solutions that are lean, impactful, and easy to navigate. Demonstrating a natural ability to influence and empower individuals to take ownership of their decisions, making staff feel valued, heard, and empowered, resulting in increased loyalty, higher staff retention rates, growth, and profit for the business to sustain its future. This approach has significant impact on business outcomes by meeting corporate and human resource objectives that are aligned to the vision, values, and strategic direction. The ability to ensure organisation’s meet legal and governance obligations, design ‘fit for purpose’ processes and systems across multi-disciplinary departments that are sustainable, impactful and save costs. A sound knowledge of Australian Employment Law, Employment Contracts, Awards and EBA’s.

My activities focus on genuine change through the delivery of high quality and compelling training material and training delivery.
My success is derived from:

* Understanding stakeholder needs to deliver concise content tailored to my audience.
* Communicating real expectations to build trust with compelling communication.
Specialties: Training, SAP APO (SCM), SAP PM, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP MM, SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, SAP FICO, SAP PS and frisbee throwing.

I’m passionate about placing people at the core of change initiatives, understanding that it’s not just about the process, but about the purpose behind it—the WHY. By leveraging tools like pulse checks, impact assessments, and retrospectives, I adapt to the unique demands of each change scenario.
My journey is about continuous growth, adding new strategies to my toolkit through hands-on experience and collaboration with fellow change leaders. I’m keen on fostering stakeholder engagement, setting clear milestones, navigating resistance, and empowering early adopters to champion change.
